Terms of sale

This is the terms of sale for Zypper London.

Before you order

The checkout shows the product details, selected options, delivery choice and total price in GBP before payment. Mandatory delivery charges, taxes and other unavoidable charges are shown at the relevant point in the purchase.

Order and confirmation

Review your order before paying. We send an electronic order confirmation with the order and contract information that you can save for future reference.

Delivery

See our Shipping policy for the current Royal Mail options and estimated delivery windows. If no different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from contract formation until 30 days after the day you receive the goods. After notifying us, send them back within 14 days. See our Refund and returns policy for cancellation, return costs and refund timing.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Goods must meet the standards required by law, including matching their description and being of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable. Statutory remedies remain available, including the initial short-term right to reject within 30 days where the statutory conditions apply.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes or reduces statutory consumer rights. If a term conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that right applies.
